Foley's House of Blues

The idea is to revive the old Delta blues thing, the old Willie Dixon thing. The old Robert Johnson thing. Acoustic.  Bottlekneck. Dirtbowl, dustbowl, delta, down there low and ugly blues from the heart, is what this session wants to do.

Here in this town, I said right here in this town, people always understood what was going on behind  that blues thing.  Right behind that blues thing, always bluesin' and amusin', always waving out the window as you go by on your way to wherever you must go.   People always understood it because that blues, that blues knew what was going on in their daily lives.  In their lives.   There in the lives of people.  In their lives.

You like this kind of thing?  You go to Foley's Bar on Tuesday night.  Foleys.  Go nowhere else or you might miss this, and you don't want to miss this.

For the maximum angst, go to Foleys Bar on Tuesday night.  OK?
