Congratulations to Leinster for a well-deserved win, based on a display of guts, determination and skill.
They beat Munster fair and square, and now they've beaten Leicester to become European champions.

nice of em to mind the cup for us…no matter what munster say complacency's cost us another title…double next year…oh yes i think so!
Welcome to the league table of champions Leinster. Below is the roll of honour of European Cup winners, a trophy which is sponsored by a product which is incompatible with the pursuit of sporting excellence.
I've included a totally objective appraisal of each team in brackets after each win.
European Cup winners
1995/96: Toulouse (French bastards)
1996/97: Brive (French bastards with different accents)
1997/98: Bath (English bastards)
1998/99: Ulster (Northern bastards)
1999/2000: Northampton (Total bastards – they beat us)
2000/01: Leicester (Saxon bastards)
2001/02: Leicester (Unmitigated bastards – they beat us)
2002/03: Toulouse (Cheese eating bastards)
2003/04: Wasps (bbbbbbbb….astards)
2004/05: Toulouse (Still eating cheese, still bastards)
2005/06: Munster (Glorious champions)
2006/07: Wasps (Still bastards)
2007/08: Munster (Glorious champions – again)
2008/09: Leinster (Dublin bastards).
Great to see such totally unbiased complements to us “Nancy boy’s†Especially from Culchies. Who knows you might even support the Lions? There again perhaps not. Most of them are not from Limerick.
"Complements"? What does that mean?
It is a word we use in the Capitol. From ones Ivory tower one finds it quite impossible to explain to the provincial.
Bit off message and all that, but congrats to the your good self and all other Iron supporters. Not only are you in the Championship next year, but you beat Millwall into the bargain to get there …
Congratulations to the West Brits. Shouted for the East Brits myself last Saturday, much nicer people, who don't invent accents for themselves and and act like Uncle Toms. And I never knew the Capitol building was in Dubland, the things you learn on the internet.
It isn't. I think Gary is based in Washington.
I think Gary needs to learn to spell before he pretends to speak such lofty language.
Well done Leinster!
