Poor chap, lets hope dealing with customers is NOT part of his future.
He is a yam yam so maybe we should make allowances.
He also seems to have a thing for stan and kyle?
Maybe nuthouse is part of his future.
Oh and Bock you're correct in your "piece of shit" description. They sell it to you then your an annoyance!
Their staff need a few years of experience and study before calling themselves a "Tech", a white lab coat doesn't make you a Doctor.
Wouldn't go near these kind of I.T. suppliers, this stuff costs too much, always buy from large name makers unless your building it your self.

I can't wait for the 'Blitzen' movie to come out later this year. I hear that Rowan Atkinson is having his arse waxed for the lead role. Its to be an action musical about a spotty young upstart with multiple personality disorders, who overcomes his inability to find his arse with both hands. The part of Bock is to be played of course by Colin Farrell.

I've been following this avidly. Tis hilarious. I worked in customer service for a long time, and it's true; only when you work in CS do you see the truly ignorant. That said, customers are not ALL arseholes.

And besides; if you spent all your time worrying/reacting to all the arseholes you meet in life, you wouldn't have much time for anything else.

If Blitzen is truly as young as you say, then he may drink a pint of KopOn. Talk about sucking up to the Man.
