I remember "Plastic Jesus" playing on the radio during the early 80's when I was stationed on a submarine down in Norfolk, VA. It had a real country twang to it and reminded me of early Cat Stevens or Arlo Guthrie and I know it was someone like that singing it but for the life of me I can't remember who it was. I hate that!

Seems like everyone and his mother sang that song so there's no telling now.
