Supposed to have an engineer sent out, this was 3 months ago & no sight of them yet. Try http://www.bounce-broadband.com a new company covering rural areas in Westmeath. Highly recommended and really nice service, what a change! For once some competition and also these guys know their stuff I have had numerous issues with Last Mile and the ridiculous speeds and no customer service. The BIGGER porblem is.....they know it. You cannot even leave a message with them after hours. A friend of mine is PRAYING for Digi Web, as he uses it at work. He says it is great. BUT, we won't be able to use it, until our exchanges are enabled by Telecomm Eireann The problem is, until the telephone company enables our exchanges, we are at the mercy of Last Mile in this area.
