You know this PULSE system the guards use? This computer-based data-management thingy they have to type stuff into all the time and it tells them all sorts of shit, like the proper way to say "vehicle" on the telly? Well, I was curious and so I had a look to see exactly what this acronym PULSE actually stands for.
Would you like to know what it stands for? OK, I'll tell you. It stands for Police Using Leading Systems Effectively. PULSE. That's what it stands for: I'm not joking.
So I was thinking.
Supposing a comprehensive system was developed for the local authorities, something similar to the system the Guards use. What would you call it?
I was thinking you could call it Councils Using New Technology Successfully.
What do you reckon?
