I believe that they are guided in their work by The divine Invisible Pink Unicorn. How else would they know that no electrons pumped into our electricity connector were not generated by Nuclear Power, unless there was a Divine Relevation. Not that I have much difficulty with Nuke Power anyway. We seem as a nation to enjoy all of the Hazards of Nuclear Power with up to 40 stations near us in Europe, but sadly none of the benifits of associated cheap electricity.
